We had a very comfortable stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. Especially Rithick, such a lovely guy! The room was definitely the cleanest room I’ve seen in India. Keep up the good work!

We stayed here and then went adventuring south for our Youtube channel for a couple nights, we then turned around and decided to spend the rest of our time at the novotel because it was so good. There was a large breakfast selection with something for everyone, you could order pancakes and eggs and waffles. I would recommend having more signage for this as it was unclear Beds were super comfy and we enjoyed watching the view of the business park. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Pool was nice and had a lifeguard.

The ambience starts from reception to room, the way staff greets us with a pleasant smile makes it even more cozier. The whole property is so clean and neat with a nice aroma all over the place... The staff quickly responded to our requirements

Excellent Hotel. Good cleanliness, nice and clean rooms, excellent size. Really excellent breakfast buffet, as well as lunch and dinner (both buffet). Lots of attention to specified food allergies and intolerances excellent coffee (Italian) Perfect internet. Presence of swimming pool and gym super recommended and I would definitely return

Breakfast was excellent but personally I felt the location of the hotel is too far. That's the only drawback but remaining things were superb like the quality of food and swimming pool and cleanliness is good. The responsiveness of the staff is exceptional.

Very friendly stuff. Check in was very fast and easy, not often I could say this about check in in the hotels of Indian. We ordered food from their restaurant. It was very tasty. I liked that hotel had spacious room and bathroom. Sound isolation in room very good. To my pleasant surprise room had also ironing board and iron :). Also I liked that room has big windows you could see city at night. I would definitely try also other location of this hotel branch.

The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The breakfast offered was a definite highlight and is a must-try. The swimming pool and gym facilities were outstanding and well-maintained, allowing for a refreshing and enjoyable experience. I want to extend a huge thanks to Mr. Iyer and Mr. Vishal for going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant and comfortable stay.

I had a wonderful experience staying at your hotel with my family for one night. Both dinner and breakfast were delightful, and we thoroughly enjoyed our meals. Staff were friendly at all times and went the extra mile to assist which was greatly appreciated. Great spa facilities to unwind after a long day. Excellent spread of food at the restaurant.

The friendly staff (Mr Vishnu & Mr Dinesh) at the reception greeted me with a warm welcome smile and were efficient in allocating my room & key. I really appreciated the speed especially after a long 21 hrs+ flight from Toronto, Canada. At breakfast the every morning the spread was sumptuous & yummy. Room cleanliness was good & neat. Wifi signal too was good.
